Jamie Schneider is a compassionate therapist who brings a unique blend of clinical experience, education and a background in teaching to her work with clients. She believes that understanding each person’s story is the foundation for creating meaningful change and strives to build genuine connections with those she serves.
Jamie earned her bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and later received her Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Lamar University. After beginning her career in education, she discovered a passion for supporting individuals beyond the classroom and continued her professional journey by pursuing counseling, eventually earning her Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
Her experience as an educator continues to shape her therapeutic approach, allowing her to bring patience, empathy and a deep understanding of personal growth, learning and individual differences into her work. She values meeting clients where they are and helping them better understand themselves, navigate challenges and build meaningful connections.
Outside of her work with clients, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, and their two daughters, Harper and Ruby. She has a creative spirit and enjoys exploring art and design, which reflects her appreciation for self-expression, creativity and seeing the world from different perspectives.
Jamie is dedicated to creating a therapeutic environment where clients feel accepted, respected and empowered to move toward growth, healing and a more fulfilling life.
